Was als Straßenmusik in Freiburg begonnen hat, ist heute ein buntes Musik-Kollektiv mit viel Herz, Schweiß und Groove. Wir mischen Cumbia, Salsa, Funk und Soul und singen in mehreren Sprachen – so, wie sich das Leben eben anfühlt: vielfältig, laut, zart, tanzbar.
Wir lieben es, Menschen zusammenzubringen. Unsere Songs wechseln zwischen Gänsehaut-Momenten und ekstatischem Tanz – und unsere Konzerte sind weniger „Auftritt“ und mehr gemeinsame Feier.
La Tocata ist eine Gruppe von Freunden, die einfach nicht aufhören kann, Musik zu machen. Diese Energie springt über – egal ob Festivalbühne, Club oder Straße. Wenn wir spielen, entsteht ein Raum, in dem man alles loslassen kann.

What began as street music in Freiburg has grown into a colorful music collective powered by heart, groove and friendship. We blend Cumbia, Salsa, Funk and Soul, singing in multiple languages – just like life itself: diverse, loud, soft, and always ready to dance.
We love bringing people together. Our music moves between goosebump moments and wild dance floor energy – our shows are less of a “performance” and more of a shared celebration.
La Tocata is a group of friends who simply can’t stop making music. And that energy spreads – whether on festival stages, in clubs or on the streets. When we play, a space opens up where you can let go and be part of the moment.
